Community Guidelines

• Write from your own experience of the ground, the city or the matchday.
• Be specific and useful: getting there, atmosphere, food, safety, away-end tips.
• Rate honestly, including when it was great and when it was not.
• Keep it current — say when you visited if conditions have since changed.

• Harassment, threats, intimidation or encouraging violence, including tragedy chanting.
• Hate or discriminatory abuse relating to race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic.
• Doxxing or posting anyone else's personal information, including photos of identifiable people without their consent.
• Impersonating another person, a club, a stadium or FootieAtlas.
• Spam, advertising, ticket touting or resale offers, referral links and repeated duplicate posts.
• Manipulating ratings, predictions or leaderboards, including multiple accounts and coordinated voting.
• Illegal content, or anything encouraging illegal entry, counterfeit tickets or unsafe behaviour at a ground.
• Deliberately false information about a club, venue, city or another fan.

Backing your club, disagreeing with a rating and predicting a thrashing are all fine. A rival badge, a bad result or a losing prediction never justifies abuse aimed at a person or a group.

• Attendance markers show which matches you are going to. If you would rather not share that, switch off public attendance in My Account.
• Avoid posting your seat, your travel plans, your home address or anything that identifies where you will be alone.
• Do not post other people's attendance, tickets or booking details.
• Younger fans: use a nickname rather than your full name, and do not post your school, team or where you live.

If you see a review or profile that breaks these guidelines, report it through the contact page, choosing the account and community topic. Include the club, stadium or city page, plus the username and roughly when it was posted, so we can find it quickly.

We are a small team and read every message. We usually reply within a few days — we do not operate a 24/7 moderation desk, so please do not rely on us for anything urgent. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services and, on a matchday, stadium safety staff.

• Remove or edit content that breaches these guidelines or the Terms of Use.
• Reset a username, display name or avatar that is abusive or impersonating.
• Discount ratings, predictions or leaderboard entries that have been manipulated.
• Suspend or remove accounts for serious or repeated breaches.
• Report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities where required.

You can delete any review you posted from the page it appears on, clear attendance markers from the match, and delete your account and everything attached to it from My Account → Delete account.
