Terms of Use

• Accounts are intended for people aged 13 and over.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you think someone else has access.
• Give accurate profile information and do not impersonate anyone else.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Do not:

• post abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory or unlawful content;
• post other people's personal information, or content you have no right to share;
• spam, advertise, tout or resell tickets, or post referral links;
• manipulate ratings, predictions, leaderboards or leagues, including with multiple accounts;
• scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the football data, guides or imagery on the site;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service.

The Community Guidelines explain this in practice and form part of these terms.

Reviews, ratings, comments, attendance, predictions, league names and profile content must be your own, honest and lawful. You keep ownership of what you post. You grant FootieAtlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting within the app and improving the service. This licence ends for new uses when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies retained in routine backups for a limited period.

You can report content through the contact page. We may edit, hide or remove content that breaches these terms or the Community Guidelines, reset abusive usernames or avatars, discount manipulated ratings and predictions, and suspend or remove accounts for serious or repeated breaches. We are a small team and do not operate 24/7 moderation, so we cannot promise a fixed response time. Where we can, we will tell you why content was removed.

Book Football, quizzes, polls, trivia and score predictions are for entertainment only. They involve no stake, no prize and no money, they are not betting or gambling products, and they are not tips, forecasts or financial advice. Simulated results and provider forecasts do not predict real outcomes.

• Fixtures, kick-off times, scores, tables, line-ups, squads, transfers and statistics come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
• Kick-off times change, matches are postponed, and data can lag behind events on the pitch.
• City, stadium, transport, accessibility, safety and matchday guidance is general editorial and community information, not official instruction.
• Nothing on FootieAtlas confirms ticket availability, guarantees stadium entry, or constitutes travel, visa, immigration, insurance, medical or financial advice.
• Always check official club, competition, stadium, transport, government and ticketing sources before travelling or spending money. Calendar exports are a convenience — verify times before relying on them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The FootieAtlas name, logo, design, written guides and software belong to us or our licensors. Club names, crests, competition marks, stadium names, player images and third-party data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting purposes only. Nothing here transfers any rights in those marks.

You can delete your account and all associated content at any time from My Account → Delete account; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or where we must do so by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on football data, travel guidance or user reviews. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you use FootieAtlas as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
